            Angst (meaning fear in German and anxiety in English) is a chain with 19 supermarkets in Romania. It is the second largest Romanian supermarket chain, owned by a Swiss-Romanian joint venture.

            In Bucharest there are 16 supermarkets with about 700 employees, located mostly in the neighborhoods: Amzei Square, Domenii, Drumul Taberei, Brezoianu, Basarabiei, Crângaşi, Lacul Tei, Obor, Colentina, Berceni, Elisabeta, Pantelimon, Iancului, Academiei, Ceahlau and Bucharest North.
