Link exchange rules for InfoBucharest.org

Useful information for webmasters

InfoBucharest.org welcomes webmasters wishing to propose a link exchange partnership to our mutual benefit. We offer and demand seriousness in the fulfillment of any agreement reached. We are open to your ideas and proposals, and these are our standard rules for link exchange:

1. We only offer and accept links which are relevant to the page's content and thus useful to the human visitor. Non relevant links which are only placed to increase link popularity and search engine positions are unuseful to the web surfers and thus, in our view, a form of spam. 2. Links should be stable, visible and fully operational for both human visitors and search engine spiders, crawlers and any other indexation robots and software. We don't accept cloaking, use of "no follow" metatags, use of unindexable pages to place links, or any other technical ways to diminish or fully deactivate the links' usefulness. All links must open in the same browser window where they are originated.

3. The pages where the links to us are placed should be free from any form of spam, and no more than twenty outbound links must exist including the one to us.

4. We shall of course grant a higher priority to any links coming from pages with at least some PR points. Because InfoBucharest.org is so new, we can provide links from other relevant websites with a similar PR in return for the ones pointing to this site.

5. If possible, we prefer triangular exchanges rather than reciprocal ones.
